Artichoke-Parmesan Crostini

For ease, buy toasted baguette slices from the grocery store bakery or substitute bagel chips or melba toast rounds for baguette slices.

Preparation Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 7 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 44 baguette slices, lightly toasted
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Spread 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture on each baguette slice, and place on ungreased baking sheets.
     
  2. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
