Spinach sure is tasty when it's mixed with yummy ingredients like Parmesan and breadcrumbs and then rolled into balls. This easy appetizer will quickly become a new favorite!

What You'll Need:
  • 2 (10 ounces) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Will eggbeaters product work in this receipt instead of real eggs? Thanks, Barbara

I made with egg beaters and it worked well. I have also made with Egg Replacer, which also worked. I usually make half the recipe which takes a scant 1/2cup of Egg Beater product.
