Our easy-to-make Creamy Fruit Cup delivers that fresh-picked taste that is always welcome. Teamed with our simple creamy dressing, it's an unbeatable dessert combo.

Cooking Time: 10 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
  • 2 red apples, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 green pears, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced (see Note)
What To Do:
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, and orange peel over medium heat; mix well and cook until smooth, stirring occasionally.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and cornstarch; mix well and stir into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until cold.

  3. Place the remaining ingredients in a serving bowl or individual bowls.

  4. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.


Notes

Bananas tend to turn dark quickly once they're cut, so drizzle them with a little lemon juice to slow down that process, or simply cut and add the bananas just before serving.
