Fiesta Guacamole

Freshly made guacamole is a cinch to make, and with good-for-us mellow-tasting avocados available all year 'round, it's easy to make any time feel like a party with our Fiesta Guacamole.
What You'll Need
- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until chunky. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Serve your Fiesta Guacamole with tortilla chips or Crispy Crunchy Pita Chips. Before storing this in the refrigerator, cover it with plastic wrap and press the plastic wrap against the surface of the dip to help prevent the guacamole from turning brown.
