We're not sure if these Magical Salami Cups are more fun to eat or make because they curl into cups right before our eyes...like magic!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 pound salami, sliced 1/3-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup duck sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill the salami slices until they take the shape of shallow cups. Do not turn the slices.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the sauces. Fill each salami cup and serve.

Note

This is great as an hors d'oeuvre or for just plain old snacking!
