Prosciutto Wrapped Watermelon and Brie Fingers

This easy yet elegant 3-ingredient party appetizer will have everyone looking around for the catering truck. Only you will know how simple it was to show off your kitchen skills with our Prosciutto Wrapped Watermelon and Brie Fingers.

What You'll Need:
  • 24 pinky finger sized seeded watermelon rectangles
  • 24 thin slices Brie about the same dimensions as the watermelon fingers
  • 24 slices prosciutto ham
What To Do:
  1. Place a piece of Brie on top of each watermelon finger and wrap each with a sliced of ham. Secure with a toothpick.

    Makes 24 appetizers.
