With just 3 ingredients, you can whip these up in a jiffy! They make great afternoon snacks-perfect for when your gang gets home from school!

What You'll Need

  • 2 (18-ounce) packages refrigerated ready-to-bake oatmeal-raisin cookie dough
  • 2 (10-ounce) jars seedless strawberry preserves
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press 1-1/2 packages cookie dough (18 cookies) evenly into an ungreased 10- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.
     
  2. Place preserves in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Spread preserves over cookie dough, leaving a 1/4-inch border around edges. Crumble remaining 1/2 package cookie dough (6 cookies) over preserves.
     
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
