With just 3 ingredients, you can whip these up in a jiffy! They make great afternoon snacks-perfect for when your gang gets home from school!

What You'll Need:
  • 2 (18-ounce) packages refrigerated ready-to-bake oatmeal-raisin cookie dough
  • 2 (10-ounce) jars seedless strawberry preserves
  • Powdered sugar for garnish
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press 1-1/2 packages cookie dough (18 cookies) evenly into an ungreased 10- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Place preserves in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Spread preserves over cookie dough, leaving a 1/4-inch border around edges. Crumble remaining 1/2 package cookie dough (6 cookies) over preserves.

  3. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Sounds like a very quick solution to unexpected company. I could keep some cookie dough in the freezer and I always have the other ingredients on hand. Thanks. I can't wait to try this.

Husky Roasted Corn

Native Americans cooked their corn right in the husks over an open fire, and we think their idea is still best, 'cause it helps bring out flavors you can only get from roasting. We love making our Husky Roasted Corn right on the grill in the summer, and in our ovens when it's cooler out!
