NotesIf you wish to serve at a later date, you can store the cooked brisket in the refrigerator for up to 4 or 5 days. Just be sure to let the meat cool slightly before refrigerating. Before serving, cover meat with foil and place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until heated through.
