T.L.C. Barbecued Ribs

Fast food restaurants serve 'em, barbecue shacks serve 'em, but the best taste is when you make 'em at home. It must be all the T.L.C. (Tender Lovin' Care) we add in our own kitchens.

Serves: 3

Cooking Time: 1 hr 35 min

What You'll Need:
  • 3 1/2 pounds beef back ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the ribs meat side up in a large roasting pan.

  2. Roast for 1 hour. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and set aside.

  3. Reduce the temperature to 350°F. and bake for 30 to 45 more minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.

  4. Carefully cut into individual ribs and serve with the remaining sauce.
