Notes

These little loaves are great for gift giving, especially around the holidays. But if you just want to indulge yourself, it's easy to make 1 large loaf: Just pour the batter into a greased 5- x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F, 48 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

I followed the recipe and sprayed pans with cooking spray. However, the bread still stuck on the bottom of the pans. I have used these same pans many times and have had no problem with sticking regarding any other breads. The bread loaves also tended to be on the dry side. The taste was ok, tasted like mild eggnog. I would not recommend this recipe, I was very disappointed.
