Rosemary Flatbread

Shhh, this herb-flavored bread starts with pizza dough?and it's ready in less than 20 minutes. Serve it alongside one of my simmering soups.

Serves: 10

Preparation Time: 6 min

Cooking Time: 12 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • Olive oil-flavored nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary or ½ cup dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh Parmesan cheese
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Press dough onto a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Combine rosemary and remaining 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Coat dough lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle rosemary mixture evenly over dough.

  3. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 10 equal pieces.
