Chocolate chips, butter, flour, and sweetened condensed milk are all you need to prepare these drop-dead delicious, chewy fudge brownie-like cookies.

What You'll Need:
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in flour.

  2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7 minutes. (Cookies will be soft; do not overbake.) Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
