Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse Topped Brownies
Store-bought brownies are elevated to new heights when topped with strawberries and homemade chocolate mousse. And it's sooo easy to do!
What You'll Need:
1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup whipping cream
cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
6 (1-1/2-inch by 3-1/2-inch) unfrosted brownies
What To Do:
- Remove and discard stems from strawberries. Cut strawberries in half, and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle strawberries with vinegar and sugar; toss well, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl with an electric beater on low speed, beat whipping cream, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa until soft peaks form.
- Place brownies on individual serving plates. Top brownies evenly with strawberries and chocolate mousse. Serve immediately.
