Curried Chicken

Just 5 easy ingredients to an Indian-style meal that's worth its weight in gold. Got some "karats" to serve with it? (Really, it's nice served with steamed carrots.)

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 20 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 ¼ pounds total)
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Rub the chicken completely with the seasoning mixture.

  3. Place the chicken on a 10" x 15" rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run clear.
