Grilled Jerk Chicken

It's amazing how flavorful this island-inspired Grilled Jerk Chicken can be with the use of only 4 ingredients in just 15 minutes. Fire up your taste buds!

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 12 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
What To Do:
  1. Spray cold grill rack with cooking spray; preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Combine lime juice and oil in a small bowl; brush over both sides of chicken. Sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning.

  2. Place chicken on heated grill rack; grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Notes

Tame the heat of this chicken by serving it with a fruit salsa. You can make your own or find it in larger supermarkets. It's a great combination!
