Kickin' Onion Chicken Tenders

No bones about it, these are the perfect flavor-packed munchie for when you and the gang kick up your feet and get into the big game. (Give your hands a good wipe before grabbing that remote!)

Cooking Time: 15 min

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 cups French-fried onions, coarsely crushed
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 24 strips
  • Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat two baking sheets with cooking spray.
     
  2. Place hot sauce and French-fried onions each in their own shallow dishes. Dip chicken strips in hot sauce then into the onion rings, coating evenly with each.
     
  3. Place coated strips on prepared baking sheets and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until no pink remains in chicken. Serve immediately.
