Oh, boy! You'll feel like a fancy chef when you serve this classic dish. And even though we're saving time, we certainly aren't skimping on taste. As the French always say, "Bon appetit!"

Serves: 2

Cooking Time: 15 min

What You'll Need:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (9-ounce) package frozen fully cooked breaded chicken breast fillets, thawed
  • 2/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chicken fillets and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until crisp.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir into the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through and the sauce has thickened. Serve immediately.

Serving Tip

Boil up some angel hair pasta then drain it and give it a quick toss with some butter, chopped parsley, and garlic powder.
