What You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 2- to 3-pound chicken, cut into 8 pieces
What To Do:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken; mix well. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, then place the chicken on the grill and close the grill cover. Grill the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning occasionally.
