Start your day with a fill-you-up Berry Smoothie and we bet you won't be looking at your watch all morning, thinking "Is it almost time for lunch?" It's the combo of the fruit and yogurt that keeps those hunger pangs away.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberry sherbet
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and well combined, stopping and stirring down the sides if necessary.
