Cold Buttered Rum Drink

Nothing could be quicker and easier than this ice cream-rum beverage. Just toss the two ingredients in the blender, give it a swirl, and you've got a simply sensational drink!

Makes: 3 1/2 cups

What You'll Need:
  • 1 quart butter pecan ice cream
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
What To Do:
  1. Process both ingredients in container of an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
