Nonalcoholic Frozen Pina Coladas

You want tropical? We'll give you tropical! You do have to supply your own palm trees and ocean breezes, but the rest is in your glass!
What You'll Need:
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
What To Do:
Combine all ingredients except cherries in a large blender jar. Blend about 15 to 20 seconds, until thick and well mixed. Serve immediately in stemmed glasses garnished with maraschino cherries, if desired.
If you want it frostier, add 1 cup of ice cubes (8 to 10 ice cubes) before blending. And if you dare to add rum, add 1/3 cup light or dark rum to the rest of the ingredients in the blender and give it a whirl.
