Soothing vanilla ice cream enhances the refreshing tropical flavors of my nonalcoholic pina colada. You'll think you're on an island somewhere.

Makes: 2 3/4 cups

What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
What To Do:
  1. Process all ingredients in container of an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
