A big bowl of punch is a necessity at any holiday bash, and it sure makes a fancy centerpiece when it's served in a decorative bowl with fruit slices floating on top. This Pineapple Nog is a punch that everybody can have, including the kiddies at the party and adults who prefer to avoid spirits.

Serves: 6

Cooking Time: 5 min

What You'll Need:
  • 2 pints (4 cups) heavy cream, well chilled
  • 1 cup egg substitute (see Note)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
What To Do:
  1. In a punch bowl, combine the heavy cream, egg substitute, and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the pineapple juice and stir until well blended. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For safety's sake, I use egg substitute instead of real fresh eggs.
