Tequila Sunrise

Shades of yellow, orange, and red light up the sky as the sun rises. And now the adults in your group can enjoy those same colors without getting up before dawn!
What You'll Need
- Ice cubes
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 4 teaspoons grenadine syrup or maraschino cherry juice
- 1/4 cup club soda, optional
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
What to Do
- Fill 4 tall glasses half-full with ice. Pour the orange juice and tequila into a pitcher filled with ice; mix well.
- Pour into the glasses, then spoon 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup into each glass, allowing it to sink to the bottom. Add a splash of club soda to each glass, if desired, then squeeze 1 lime wedge into each drink.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with straws so that each guest can stir his or her own "sunrise".
