Tropical Mango Shake

This smooth, creamy drink recipe has everything you need to escape to a tropical location for the day. This tropical drink recipe is just like something you might find at a Hawaiian resort with a mixture of coconut, mango, and vanilla ice cream to keep you nice and cool when the weather gets warm.

Preparation Time: 12 min

What You'll Need:
  • 2 cups cubed refrigerated mango slices
  • 1 pint mango sorbet
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted (optional)
What To Do:
  1. Process first 3 ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Add ice cream; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

  2. Pour shake into stemmed glasses; sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Using jarred, sliced mangoes helps make preparing this decadent dessert quick and easy. Enjoy this thick shake with a spoon if you opt for a topping of flaked coconut.
