Berry-Grape Chicken Salad

Our produce counter is a year-round global resource for fresh fruits and vegetables. We never have to go without the taste of our favorite summer fruits – even in winter!

Serves: 6

Ingredients
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 red apple, cored and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and chunked
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (see Option)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently until everything is combined and evenly coated.
     
  2. Serve on individual plates or a serving platter lined with leaf lettuce.
     
Notes

Option: Lemon yogurt may be substituted for the vanilla.
