Cooking Time: 5 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 medium-sized head of cabbage, shredded (about 12 cups)
  • 1 carrot shredded
What To Do:
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy. Mix in the sugar and vinegar.

  2. Place the cabbage in a large bowl; pour the cream mixture over it, add the shredded carrot, and mix well. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
