Hi there! - Are you having trouble downloading the eCookbook?

I don't know if it is downloading or not. It is VERY confusing and I keep getting the same pages.

LeaCan Can't wait to try it !!!

Cook book extremely disapointing. I grew up in PA Dutch Country and most if not all of the recipes are made from scratch. Way to many short cuts provided and leaves the food disapointingly UN-pa dutch.

im looking for their ol world traditional recipe for their famous Fauschnut (donut)

I'm looking for the recipe for White Wedding Cake with White frosting that I had recently in Napanee, IN. It was the best tasting wedding cake I've ever tasted. Ideas?

Amish Chow Chow is the best. When I make it, I can't stop eating it and friends just love it. To it to a church gathering and everyone wanted the recipe. Try it, you will like it.

I'm sure the Amish can their own foods, home canned goods have a much fresher taste than store bought.

4stars

I really love this ,just wish the recipe for Amish friendship cake(bread) was included will watch for that.

Question: Do the Amish actually use store bought canned and frozen ingredients in their cooking? There is a vast difference between the flavour of canned/frozen vegetables and fresh garden, vine ripened vegetables. I grew up on a farm in Canada and can certainly tell the difference in taste. I'm sure tests would show a great difference in nutritional value as well. Robert Roberts

I completely agree with robertsrg. I think people are looking for the healthier, back to basics recipes.
