the skillet goulash and the baked goulash looks and sounds great, I will try them, but I do not see any recipe that looks like mom use to make.i loved her goulash but she has passed and i never got her recipe.but I will keep searching. thank you for these wonderful recipes.

I know. I want the recipe with tomato juice or chopped tomatoes, ground beef and macaroni. Not sure what spices it had in it, but no peppers for me. (

the Tex-Mex Goulash sounds terrific. I make it almost the same but I use noodles, ground beef, tomato sauce,onions and I put in some salsa. My husband loves it this way.
