  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  3. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

When you can't go fishing on your own, follow these basic tips for buying and handling fresh fish: buy fish that has a moist, firm, elastic flesh and translucent sheen; purchase fish that has a clean, mild odor; refrigerate fish immediately in the coldest part of the fridge, and use within 1 or 2 days.
