Preparation Time: 8 hr 5 min

What You'll Need:
  • 3/4 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs (about 10 cookies)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 (1.4-ounce) chocolate-covered toffee candy bars, crushed
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar caramel sauce
What To Do:
  1. Line a 2-quart bowl with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Stir together cookie crumbs and butter; press mixture into prepared bowl.

  2. Stir together ice cream and candy; spoon over crumbs. Cover and freeze 8 hours.

  3. Invert bowl onto a serving plate. Carefully remove bowl and plastic wrap. Cut into wedges, and serve immediately with warm caramel sauce.
