Cranberry Pineapple Freeze

Here's a whole new way with frozen dessert. Is it fruit muffins or smooth, fruity ice cream? Whatever you want it to be, you're gonna love it.

Serves: 12

Preparation Time: 10 min

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth. With a spoon, add the cranberry sauce and pineapple and stir gently.

  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or foil liners and divide the mixture evenly among them. Cover and freeze for 3 hours, or until firm.
