Frozen Raspberry Cream

Who would believe that three simple ingredients and three simple steps could create such a sensational summertime treat? Shhh? no one has to know how easy it is!!

Serves: 6

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (14-ounce) package frozen raspberries
  • 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
What To Do:
  1. Process frozen raspberries in an electric blender until slushy, stopping once to scrape down sides.

  2. Add frozen lemonade concentrate, and process until blended.

  3. Add ice cream, and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Spoon mixture into a 9- x 13-inch pan. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. To serve, use an ice cream scoop.
