Looking for a salad thats crisp, fresh, and tasty to the max? Look no more! This Raspberry Green Salad is just for you.
What You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (6-1/2 ounce) package mixed baby salad greens
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
What To Do:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
- Pour dressing over salad green; toss gently to coat. Top with raspberries.
If you don't want to buy a package of baby salad greens, use 2 cups of any mixture of torn lettuce that you like. Just toss the greens with the raspberry vinaigrette, and sprinkle fresh raspberries over the top. You'll think you're in a fancy restaurant!
