You don't have to go to Ireland to enjoy the flavorful kick from a mug of Irish Coffee. Our easy Irish Coffee recipe will take your taste buds to the Emerald Isle.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 6 cups hot black coffee
  • 3/4 cup Irish whisky
What To Do:
  1. In a small bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the cream and 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff peaks form.

  2. Dissolve remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in coffee and pour into 6 mugs. Stir an equal amount of whisky into each mug and top with whipped cream (see Note). Serve immediately.

NOTE: Do not stir after adding cream, as the true flavor is obtained by drinking the hot coffee and Irish whiskey through the cream.

Husky Roasted Corn

Native Americans cooked their corn right in the husks over an open fire, and we think their idea is still best, 'cause it helps bring out flavors you can only get from roasting. We love making our Husky Roasted Corn right on the grill in the summer, and in our ovens when it's cooler out!
