What You'll Need
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
What to Do
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and whisk in cocoa powder and salt.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; simmer until hot. Remove from heat and serve in mugs topped with mini marshmallows.
