Autumn Cookie Pops

You can make your own Autumn Cookie Pops quite easily:

  • Start with a box of Vanilla Wafers. Turn half the cookies upside down on wax paper. Add a dot of melted chocolate to the center of the flat back side. Place a lollipop stick in the melted chocolate, rolling it to coat. Then place another cookie on top, flat side down, sandwiching the stick between the two cookies. Let the chocolate harden before decorating.

  • To decorate, add dots of melted chocolate to the center and all around the perimeter of one side of the cookie pop. Place a regular-size chocolate M & M in the center, then place like-colored M & M minis around the outside. Use colors to match your fall table like orange, yellow, brown, and red. Let the decorated cookie pops harden.

  • You can serve these as is, or you can stand them upright on a cake or on cupcakes for a very festive fall centerpiece. You can also use pretzels instead of lollipop sticks -- just wait to place them in a cake until just before serving so they don't get soft and topple.
