Everyone loves apple pie-even kids when you serve up this pizza-inspired variation! It's even great for breakfast! Just shape the novel pizzas from refrigerated biscuits and pile 'em with shredded cheese, apples, and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.

Makes: 8 pizzas

Cooking Time: 20 min

What You'll Need:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 small cooking apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

  2. Roll biscuits into 4-inch circles, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over circles, leaving 1/4-inch borders. Arrange apple slices over cheese.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over apples, and dot with butter. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
