  • 1 cup chopped seedless red grapes
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized Red Delicious apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lettuce leaves

I really liked this! I love apples and grapes and a chicken salad. I can't help but throw in a little celery and pecans too though.

I make this often. It's fast, easy and always hits the spot. Great in a sandwich too.
