How cool and refreshing! It's a colorful side dish to brighten up a porch luncheon, and it's a light low-fat dessert for anytime, anywhere.

Chilling Time: 1 hr

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (4-serving size) package orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
What To Do:
  1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and gelatin; mix until well combined. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
