Million Dollar Rice Salad

Our Million Dollar Rice Salad is a sweet and refreshing addition to a summer meal. It's a great combination of creamy and crunchy!

Serves: 6

Chilling Time: 1 hr

What You'll Need:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups cooled cooked rice
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
What To Do:
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add rice, grapes, cherries, and banana; mix well. Fold in whipped topping and nuts.
  2. Chill 1 hour, then serve.
