Shrimp Cocktail Salad

What You'll Need:
- 1 medium-sized head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
- 2 cans (4.25 ounces each) shrimp, drained
- 3/4 cup cocktail sauce
What To Do:
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, shrimp, and cocktail sauce. Toss until the lettuce and shrimp are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve each portion on a plate or in a stemmed glass, maybe with a lemon wedge.
