Just because this is named "Caesar" doesn't mean it has to be a salad. Noooo! But when we take that popular Caesar taste and combine it with something unexpected, we get two surprises in one!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (10- ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1.2 ounce) package dry Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen Italian green beans, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 7- x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, and Caesar dressing mix; mix well. Gently stir in ravioli and green beans until well combined.

  3. Pour into prepared baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 50 minutes, then remove cover and bake an additinal 5 to 7 minutes, or until bread crumbs are golden and ravioli are warmed through.

It is now June 5th and I am still waiting for an answer to my question about where I can purchase dry caesar salad dressing mix - the local stores here in Florida don't carry it. Who makes it?

im not sure in Florida. Here in kansas walmart carries it. I think its good seasonings. But you can do the same thing with Good Seasonings Italian dressing, just add grated parmasan cheese to it. 1/4 to 1/3 cup depending how chessy you like it. Walla......you got caesar dressing!

Okay, either something is wrong with Florida or you just have to search harder. Good Seasons still makes the dry packeted dressing that you add the liquid or semi-liquid ingredients to. Remember the cruet on the tv commercials we saw in the 60's and 70's they sold with it? (Or maybe I'm alot older than you.) Anyway, you might substitute Buttermilk Caesar liquid dressing or similar to get the correct taste and consistency... BTW how did the dinner party go?

SheelahO, the Mr. Food Test Kitchen is located in South Florida and we purchase our ingredients either at Publix or Walmart. I am not sure where in Florida you are, but we are able to purchase it locally. It is made by Good Seasons. Thank you!

Thanks everyone - now at least I have a brand name to have my local Publix order it for me. BTW - the dinner party went well - I used a spinach/mushroom/cheese sauce and the plates were cleaned! Thanks for all the information.

A few days ago I sent you an e-mail asking where I could find the 1.2oz pkg of dry caesar salad dressing mix. I also asked about Italian/French green beans. I was hoping to try this recipe for a dinner I was hosting on Sunday - could you please reply asap. Thanks.

Walmart also carries italian green beans in freezer section, they are wide flat green beens. If not you can find them on the canned vegtable isle. Good Luck
