Combine two great tastes with Caesar Pasta Primavera. It's got enough cheese for the carb lovers, and enough veggies for the dieters!
What To Do:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting the salt; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the asparagus, snow peas, carrots, and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and garlic.
- In a small bowl, combine chicken broth and dressing mix; pour over vegetables and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, combine hot pasta and vegetable mixture; add Parmesan cheese, if desired, and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
