This pizza delivers a surprising topping of brie cheese, which takes it to a new level! Our French bistro-inspired recipe turns an Italian-style classic into an international favorite.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese, sliced into 16 wedges
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar sliced pimientos, drained
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Place crust on a pizza pan, and spread pesto sauce evenly over crust. Place Brie wedges evenly over pesto then top with pimientos.

  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until crust is crisp and brown. Slice into wedges and serve.

I have made this Brie Pizza on several occasions and it is always a huge hit! I have not yet had a negative comment about it. It is a nice change from the normal pizza routine and it's sooo easy to put together.

Husky Roasted Corn

Native Americans cooked their corn right in the husks over an open fire, and we think their idea is still best, 'cause it helps bring out flavors you can only get from roasting. We love making our Husky Roasted Corn right on the grill in the summer, and in our ovens when it's cooler out!
