Who doesn't love seeing the reaction of elation belonging to someone who has just taken a bite of a delicious meal? We can't think of anyone and this Bubble Pizza will have everyone around the table happy. Try it and see for yourself.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, quartered
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups (8ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground chuck in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain in a colander, discarding drippings. Return meat to skillet.

  2. Add pizza sauce, and stir well. Stir in quartered biscuits. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with cheeses, bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cutting each biscuit into fourths creates the bubbly-looking topping on this cheesy deep-dish pizza casserole.
