Put away the Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, 'cause this calzone is far from the traditional tomato and cheese Italian version. It's a quick toss-together lunch.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 22 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (15-ounce) package folded refrigerated pie crusts
  • 3/4 pound ½-inch-thick deli chicken roll, cubed
  • 1 (15 ¼-ounce) can tropical fruit salad, drained
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Unfold pie crusts. Cut each in half and place on baking sheets.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

  3. Spread equal amounts of mixture over half of each crust half, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Fold pie crust over filling, forming triangles. With a fork, pinch edges together firmly to seal. Coat tops of calzones with cooking spray.

  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until crust is golden. Serve immediately.
