Spicy Mustard Pork Chops

If you have hearty eaters in your family, then consider this a 3-serving recipe, since they can probably eat 2 chops apiece!

Serves: 6

Cooking Time: 6 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 6 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
What To Do:
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread mustard evenly on both sides of pork chops, and sprinkle with salt mixture.

  2. Place flour in a shallow dish; dredge chops in flour.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
