Thanks to the availability these days of a variety of microwavable products in the market, you can dish up a healthy serving of rice pilaf in less than 10 minutes!

What You'll Need:
  • 2 (8.8-ounce) pouches microwavable rice pilaf
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
What To Do:
  1. Microwave rice pilaf according to package directions; spoon rice into a serving bowl.

  2. Stir in basil, lemon juice, and olive oil, serve immediately.
