Lighter Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A favorite comfort food without all the added calories! A note to those seeking a more health-conscious diet - we had these mashed potatoes in mind for you!

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 5 min

Ingredients
  • 2 2/3 cups frozen mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/3 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cook according to package microwave directions. Serve immediately.
